Operator and acceptance

Zestnutra is provided by BEIT Solutions LLC. Contact beitsolutionsllc@gmail.com. Updated October 10, 2026. By using Zestnutra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms do not remove rights you have under mandatory consumer or privacy laws.

Who may use Zestnutra

Zestnutra is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Keep your account secure and do not impersonate others. You are responsible for the information and content you submit and for using the service lawfully. Private recipes are stored on your device; maintain your own copies of information you wish to keep.

Cooking and nutrition information

Zestnutra provides general recipe and meal-organization information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or individualized medical nutrition therapy. Calories and protein are estimates, including AI-generated values, and have not been independently verified. Meal calendars do not guarantee a daily calorie target, nutritional completeness or weight change. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for medical dietary needs or advice about suitable calorie targets.

AI, allergies and food safety

AI can make mistakes or produce unsuitable instructions. Review recipes, quantities, ingredients, allergens, cross-contact, cooking temperatures and storage instructions before use. A vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free preference does not certify allergen-free food. Use reliable food-safety guidance and ingredient labels. Do not rely on Zestnutra to manage a serious allergy or a medical condition. Food pictures may be AI-created illustrations and do not guarantee the appearance of a prepared dish.

Your recipes and sharing permission

You retain any rights you hold in original content you submit. Only share content you own or have permission to use. When you publish to Community, you give BEIT Solutions LLC a nonexclusive permission to host, display and process that contribution to operate and moderate Zestnutra, and permit signed-in users to view it and save it for personal use. This permission does not authorize advertising use of your name or the sale of your recipe. Removing a post stops its display in the feed, but previously saved copies may remain. Account deletion removes your posts from our active Community store, subject to the retention limits explained in the privacy policy.

Community rules

Do not publish harassment, hate, sexual or exploitative content, threats, spam, personal information about others, unlawful material, content that infringes rights, dangerous food instructions, deceptive nutrition claims or medical treatment claims. New posts require moderation before appearing to others. Use Report to flag unsafe or abusive material and Block to hide an author. We may remove content or restrict publishing to protect users or comply with law. Contact support to raise a concern or ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed.

Plans, purchases and availability

Free features and usage limits are shown in the app. If offered, Plus is an optional auto-renewing Apple subscription; the checkout shows its actual localized price, period and terms. Apple handles billing. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account and use Restore purchases to restore eligible access. Account deletion does not itself cancel a subscription. We do not offer an unlimited or lifetime AI allowance. Do not assume a feature is included unless the app describes it as available. TestFlight purchases are for sandbox testing.

Service limitations

We may apply request limits, security safeguards and maintenance interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, any particular recipe result, financial savings or a health outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Privacy, ending use and changes

Our privacy policy describes information processing and deletion. You may stop using Zestnutra and request account deletion through Account settings or support. We may restrict access for serious misuse, subject to applicable law. Material changes to these terms will be communicated as appropriate. Mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply. Contact support before sending confidential medical information; never send passwords, API keys or payment card details.

Zestnutra website

The website stores private recipes, recipe photos, pantry inventory, meal calendars and grocery checklists in browser storage, separated by your signed-in account or guest kitchen. These records do not automatically sync with the iPhone app, other browsers or devices. Clearing browser data removes these records; use Export kitchen to keep a backup. People using an unlocked browser or device may access local records. Account deletion clears the current browser account’s kitchen after the server confirms erasure; other browsers, devices and exported backups must be cleared separately. The website uses Firebase session storage for authentication and the same authenticated HostGator API, quotas, AI consent and Community moderation as the app. Exported kitchen backups may contain personal recipe content and photos; store them privately. Website purchases are not offered; eligible existing Plus access is checked on the server. Contact beitsolutionsllc@gmail.com for help.
